About This Item

Book. Good. Hardcover. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. Circa 1934-39. A scrapbook accumulating clipped newspaper and magazine references to the Dionne Quintuplets from their birth to the end of the 1930s. Approximately 60 leaves with an estimated 240 clippings, some in colour, many preserving dateline, with only occasional publisher and place references. This is an American collection, probably mostly from the Boston area. Some edge-wear and chipping, as well as toning, but still an easily handled, intact scrapbook..
