About This Item
From the Foreword: "We, the history book committee, with a great deal of pride, place in your hands this book, our baby, warts and all! We have laboured long and hard to produce a volume that is accurate, factual and, more than anything else, interesting to read. You will find errors and omissions. Some histories had to be edited and shortened. For this we are truly sorry. Our biggest regret is that we didn't start this years ago when we could have heard the stories "first hand" from the original pioneers. The cover was designed by Moose Jaw artist, Barry Panko. The idea originated from the numerous farm and harvest pictures that were submitted portraying the old wooden water wagons.
