About This Item
The Dallas Directory originally compiled in 1875, reprinted in 1979. The first half of the book is biographies of notable citizens of the time. Following that is a list of everybody in Dallas including their address, occupation and ethnicity. Also, there's a bunch of advertisements from the period. The book is in near fine condition with slight foxing on the front edge and very minimal shelf wear.

About mark mcdonald
Book collector for over 30 years. I'm retired and ready to sell. I buy almost exclusively from estate sales and since I've lived in Dallas my whole life, I know the people and where to go. I am a low volume collector and seller and deal in higher quality books. I have a lot of signed and inscribed books. These signatures have not been officially authenticated, but I am confident in their authenticity so I will guarantee them in perpetuity if it can be reasonably demonstrated that the signature is incorrect. .
