London: Henry Bonwicke. Fair with No dust jacket as issued. 1699. Second Edition. Hardcover. Bound in full leather. Exterior hinges are separating, but the volume is still intact. No plates or maps. I appears this was either printed without them, or they were removed before this volume was bound. Nice armorial bookplate of Peter Larney Benwell inside the front cover. Too about the illustrations, but it makes for a much cheaper read. Relatively. ; Small 8vo 7½" - 8" tall; 240+216 pages .
