DJ has shelf-wear, staining present. Bound in cloth boards with gilt titles present. Boards have light shelf-wear present to the extremities. No ownership marks present. Text is clean and free of marks. Binding tight and solid. A collection of poems (published in 1966) by one of the brightest and youngest of American poets. Her work has appeared in such magazines as the New Yorker, The Nation, Poetry, The San Francisco Review and many more. Berkeley graduate, married, New York Jr. High School Teacher and may still teach! Diane Wakoski (born August 3, 1937) is an American poet. Wakoski is primarily associated with the deep image poets, as well as the confessional and Beat poets of the 1960s. She received considerable attention in the 1980s for controversial comments linking New Formalism with Reaganism. E-106; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
