VERY GOOD / NO DUST JACKET. xix, 652 pp. Text clean and unmarked except for previous owner's name at free front endpaper. Pages slightly toned. Top edge dark red. Illustrated with the Gustave Dore series of engraved illustrations. Red cloth boards with gilt vignette at front, lettered in gilt at spine. Corners and spine top and tail rubbed. Joints and hinges good, binding slightly shaken due to size of textblock, but intact and stable.
