Copyrighted by Chas. Rose, 1908, 1908. Hardcover. Very Good. One 5 5/16" by 3 7/16" postcard in color showing African Americans picking cotton with the song in the lower right hand corner, "I wish I was in de land ob cot-ton. Old times dar am not for-got-ten, Look-a way, Look-a-way! Look-a-way Dixie Land" etc. Front of the card in very good condition with embossed image. Verso side with a note in pen, no postmark or stamp, 1/2" by 3/4" abrasion at center of card. Place stamp here note states one cent stamp for U.S., Canada and Mexico. The postcard is protected in a clear archival safe envelope.
