Providence: Knowles & Vose, 1842. Hardcover. Stated "Fifth Edition." 4.5 x 7.5in. viii. 320pp. Bound in full leather of the period with title label in gilt. GOOD. Shows the extremities well rubbed with loss, spine rubbed, discoloration of the boards, occasional bouts of tanning in the margins of some sections, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is unmarked, and the boards remain relatively distinct. As pictured.
