Signed at the conclusion by Taft and countersigned by Secretary of State Philander Knox. Oversized embossed Presidential seal is affixed to bottom. Usual folds otherwise in very good condition.<br/><br/> American Statesman, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and twenty-seventh President of the United States.<br/><br/>
