Chain lines: 275mm; Watermark of [Capt.] Byron [Curtis] (Royal Linen Ledger): visible on L.T. is "nen ledger" [Founded 1863, Dalton, MA]. Visible on E.I. is "Ol Suff Mil" (another paper name: Old Suffolk Mill?). 2 volumes. Original folio stored in thirds with two-flap summary. Signed by Freeman H. Lothrop, Thacher Foster, Andrew J. Rich, J. [Jonathan] Higgins, and Hiram P. Harriman. 25.5 x 40cm. pp. [4]; [4]. Very Good+. Light fold toning, faint stain. Allen M. Nickerson, the third appraiser did not sign at court. Typed Last will and testament appointed Jonathan Higgins, Edgar Lincoln and Julia A. Nolte (of Boston) executors and signed in the presence of Jonathan Higgins, Isaac Freeman and John A. Freeman (attest, Freeman H. Lothrop, Register signed). Original families in Freeman/Deyo except Nolte..
