The adventures of a hard working and often cruelly treated dog, plus the story of a little boy named August. Olive green cloth binding with black decorations on front and back covers and black titles on front cover and spine. Some spotting of cover, edge wear, small holes in cloth near spine, corners and spine ends bumped, small notation at top of front fixed end paper, interior pages bright with a few pencil markings, binding tight.
