Tall octavo. 92, [2] pp. Fine with a couple of authorial manuscript corrections in the text, in a fine dust jacket printed in Rives light cotton (tiny bit of edgewear) and lightly creased tissue overjacket with a couple of tiny nicks. The jacket is letter W of only 26 produced for the book, "named for friends of the subject and the author." Laid in is a photocopy facsimile of the *Tenth Year Supplement, 1991-2001*, which was published in an edition of only 26 copies, as well as a prospectus for books published by Sandy Campbell.
