About This Item
NY: Ballantine Books; (1995). First Edition . Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. Fine in a near fine dust jacket. The jacket has just slight edgewear. Inscribed by the author on the title page and dated in 1995. Laid in is a typed letter from the author to the manager of a B. Dalton Bookstore in Tulsa promoting the book and thanking the manager for his support. It should be noted that the book is inscribed to "Sid", while the letter is addressed to "Sean", and the letter is dated some two months earlier than the inscription in the book.
