This is the 1957 Signet mass market paperback edition, white cover with author's name in large purple font vertically on left edge, title in red, large illustration of mask in front of purple space with stars, small man's body at lower edge; 8th printing, 60c cover price, P3669. CONDITION: Cover shows almost no wear--slightest hint of hinge crease, slightly canted to right, very minor horizontal crease in spine. Interior like new.

Double Star is a science fiction novel by Robert A. Heinlein, first serialized in Astounding Science Fiction (February, March, April 1956) and published in hardcover the same year. At the 1957 Worldcon it received the Hugo Award for Best Novel of the previous year.
