Presentation copy Sonja Vacher with the authors vey best good wishes for Xmas and the New Year. Not in Wolff. A curious tale about an inn in Hamburg , Le Dragon Rouge, which operates as a clandestine casino where the narrator's girl friend is imprisoned and forced to work as a croupier. Includes parts of the original paper wrapper.The book is good+ with bright boards. Small repaired split to spine base.Light soiling to boards. Age toing to boards and spine ends/edges. Contents good. The wrapper is poor but a scarce survivor. It is in two halves and lacks most of the spine as well as being chipped to the edges... More images can be taken upon request. Ref 15493
