Sergeant is alleged to have solicited $2000 a year from applicants for the post of clerk, the money to be paid to a relative; and, in other ways here enumerated, to have misused his office to the detriment of the government, all while serving as Secretary of the Commonwealth.
    The American Antiquarian Society catalog record for this work gives the pagination as "26, [2] p." and says "Text stops in midsentence on p. [27]." Shaw & Shoemaker give the pagination as "26 p.
