Artists include A. C. Willink, Pyke Koch, Raoul Hynckes, Wim Schuhmacher, Dick Ket, and Johan Mekkink. Illustrated in color and black-and-white. 15p. plus 29 plates. Measures 6.75x9.75 inches.
