Fine in green cloth with portrait of Leonard pasted on the front board, in a fine slipcase. With an Introduction by George F Will. Collects The Hunted, Swag and Mr. Majestyk. The green cloth spine has the imprint of the Mysterious Press near the bottom; the title page shows Arbor House as the publisher.
