VG+/Good. 14cms X 19.5 Cms. f/piece portrait of Hardy by Mary Hardy (with tissue-guard), xxi+525+(2, Hardy list), uncut edges; almost flawless, trace of erased pencilling top front endpaper, top edge of textblock a trifle dust-darkened, spine lettering slightly dull; unclipped brown paper jacket clean but chip top spine affecting 'Dynasts' ('t' missing and part of following 's'), a few other minor chips and edge-rubbings.
