New York: Doubleday, Doran & Company, Inc. 1938. 8vo.Limited Edition. 2 vols., Limited numbered edition, signed by the editors. ix, 187; viii, 233 pp. Buckram binding in cream cloth with blind stamped lettering to boards, gilt and red stripes and red buckram label with gilt lettering on spine; top edge gilt and pages uncut. Both numbered 276 of 1000 and signed by Lawrence's biographers Robert Graves and Liddell Hart respectively, on edition page. "Information about himself [Lawrence] in the form of letters, notes and answers to questions, edited with a critical commentary". Both have frontispiece portraits of the man himself, and includes Lawrence's own notes and corrections to his biography. Board borders slightly faded and endpapers a little marked and yellowed, but otherwise this set is in near fine condition, with a firm binding, clean boards and pages. . Very Good. Cloth. Limited Edition. 1938.

Within the UK we ship via Royal Mail and UPS. For the US we use USPS tracked services and Fedex. For the rest of the World we mostly use Royal Mail Tracked, as well as Parcelforce and DPD. Please select our Priority service if you'd like UPS / Fedex express servies, but even our Standard option is with UPS until Royal Mail sort themselves out.
Prices are in sterling, and are subject to availability. We can accept bank transfers in Sterling, Euros, US and AUS dollars. We ship priority shipping as standard, and pack our books well. Courier services available. We are also able to offer same day delivery within London postcodes for some orders - ask for a quote. Valuable items will be sent via registered airmail or one of the courier services. Large orders can be sent via consolidation, which reduces the cost per book. In the unlikely event of an incorrect description, a full refund will be provided, but please e-mail/telephone first, and within seven days of receipt of the book. We are happy to comply to the EU's rules on distance selling. All books are published in London and 8vo unless stated, and remain my property until paid for in full.
