Boston: Blue Anchor Press, 1959. Transcript, lightly edited, of a talk given to the Connecticut Historical Society in 1941 by this expert on these maps, just before the publication of his first book on the subject. The pamphlet was designed and mostly finished by John Owen Briggs, but completed in 1960 by his daughter after his death; printed in part for the Columbiad Club, which received 50 copies of the 200 printed. Sewn pamphlet in a blue paper wrapper, as pictured. Light wear, minor stains & rubbing to front cover, tiny nick to edge. Text clean; [6], 29 pages + colophon. . First Edition. Pamphlet. Very Good. 5¼" by 8".
