New York: Angus Sinclaur Co, 1912. Hardcover. Small 4to. Brown cloth, gilt spine. 157pp. Numerous illustrations and line drawings. Very good. Slightest bit of mild edgwear and faint discoloration at upper right of front board; front pastedown abrasions from bookplate removal; faint hint of dampstaining at upper page edges. Tight and nice first edition of this in-depth account. Rather scarce.
