New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1976 363 pages, + index. Gold lettering on the spine. Fore edges lightly soiled. Dust jacket is protected in Brodart, is scuffed on the spine, lightly soiled; has one closed tear along the top edge, and back lower corner bumped. A very good copy of this book filled with b/w and brown and white photographs.
