Albany, NY: University of the State of New York, 1898.. 1898.. Good. - Small quarto [9-3/4 inches high by 7 inches wide], soft covers bound in printed cream wraps. The binding is darkened & soiled. A price is penciled on the front wrap & the printed price is obliterated in ink. There is a crease to the top corner of the rear wrap. Pages [73]-146 plus 32 black- and-white plates depicting 245 earthenware articles. The hinges are reinforced with linen tape, which is partially detached at either end. The title page is lacking. There is offsetting & some small stains to the Contents page. The top corners of the last 3 plates are creased with a tiny chip out of one of them. The last 2 leaves are lightly creased with a tiny chip out of each. Ex-library with a label on the spine, a library pocket on the inside front wrap & a library stamp at the foot of the Contents page. The wrappers have been laminated. Good working copy.
