Kenya: East African Standard Ltd,. Good with no dust jacket. 1940. Presumed First Edition. Paperback. An Annual Large Magazine devoted to matters concerning East Africa. Published in the month of October every year. The pictorial spine has some loss/small gaps and parts have been re-glued. The edges of the covers have some loss and tears, which are now 'closed' with archive tape to the reverse. The back cover (Railways of East Africa Advert) and the last page has had a large gouge/tear - now closed/ repaired with archive tape, but the covers are are o/w 98% complete. Some corners curling/creased. 148 pp. Coloured covers, but iIlustrated throughout in b/w, sepia/white, and green/white, with one full page period redish/black coloured Advert for Robin Line.
