Dark green cloth with gilt-stamped spine title; facsimile author's signature gilt-stamped on front board and blind-stamped on back board. Board edges are bevelled. Dark brown endpapers. First Edition. BAL 7256. Small armorial bookplate of W. B. Lawrence with motto "In Cruce Salus" on front fixed endpaper. "W.B. Lawrence" written on blank leaf preceding title page. In Good+ Condition: ends of spine are frayed with minor loss at head of spine; edges lightly rubbed; edges of free endpapers slightly chipped; text block is starting to split; pages are clean.
