Largely illustrated from photographs on oth side, with some promotional text (mentioning town improvement authorized in 1926). Apparently not recorded on OCLC (an expanded pamphlet edition was published in 1930). Original 4-color illustrated wrappers, a bird's eye view of the town and surrounding waterways. Some staining at corners, splits along folds (with a little loss from one illustration). Working copy only.
