Together with the History of Her Admirable Life, Short Reign, and most Deplorable Death (London 1660); 3A1 Affairs of Church and State in England, During the Life and Reign of Queen Mary (London 1660); 3L4 Affairs of Church and State in England, During the Life, and first eight years of the Reign of Queen Elizabeth (London 1660). At rear: An Appendix To the former Book: Containing: 1. The Articles of Religion agreed upon in Convocation Anno 1562. compared with those which had been made and published in the Reign of King Edward the 6th Anno 1552. 2. Notes on the former Articles, concerning the Particulars in which they differed, and the reasons of it. Very good overall, with some misnumberings of pages: T4 is a blank; 1 is numbered 3; 122 is numbered 126; 127 is numbered 131; and 176 is numbered 167. Rebacked calf with gilt green leather spine label. Corners chipped. Personal bookplates to front pastedown, small gift inscription label and ink gift inscription to front flyleaf. Very good overall.
