London: Printed for A. and J. Churchill [&] Printed for R. Symson [et al], 1701, 1705.. Two works in one volume, both first editions, 8vo, (iv), xii, 384, (14), (xvi), 440 pp, with an errata leaf bound after the contents in the first work, both bound at the end instead of with the preliminaries as per ESTC. Near contemporary parchment, a little soiled, spine with two letters and a number pasted onto it as well as a manuscript 'vi', minor cracking to the spine.
