Octavo. 287pp. Green cloth in dust jacket. Signed and inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper. There is also a bookplate, signed by the author on front fixed endpaper, noting that "this special autographed volume with dust jacket is limited to 300 copies of which this is copy 188". Light soiling to the foredges, not effecting interior. Great bibliography with over a thousand entries, edition points, illustrations.
