Middletown, CT: Wesleyan University Press, 1996. First Edition. Black cloth white spine lettering; 8vo. 69 pp. Foreword by W. D. Snodgrass who was a fellow student at Iowa. Posthumously published collection; Dickey died of AIDS in 1994. A scarce book, published simultaneously in paper, the cloth scarce. This volume includes his "The Death of John Berryman", first published here in book form. Cloth edges rubbed, else fine, presumably published without a dust jacket.
