Commemorative book issued for the completion of New York City's Holland Tunnell (named for its chief enginer Clifford Milburn Holland, who died before its completion). it was one of the first mechanically ventilated tunnels, with four free standing ventilation buildings (one of which was famously used for the entrance to the "Men in Black" headquarters0 which can refresh the interior air every 90 seconds.
