Good to very good condition with some fraying to the spine ends, good hinges, sound text block, clean pages. Formerly from a high end assisted living facility with their bookplate inside both front and rear covers, spine number, no other markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
