Edinburgh: for the Author, 1773. First edition. 14 folding plates. Large 8vo (9 3/8 x 5 3/4 inches), pages: xvi:510:(1,errate). Contemporary full polished brown calf with chipped burgundy lettering piece. Extremities rubbed, re-cased at an early date. Dust marking to half-title. One folding plate dust marked on fore margin, several creased, one with lower margin trimmed and laid=down on linen.
