Toronto: McClelland & Stewart, 1927?. Very early Canadian edition. Does not state Warwick Bros. & Rutter on p 311. Hardcover. Good. 310 p. 20 cm. Green cloth hardcover with pictorial label. Spine faded, some marks to cloth, a little wear to corners and softening to spine ends. Scuff at top front corner and chip to bottom front. Rear endpapers torn at top. Front hinge loosening. Ink inscriptions dated 1928, one year after publication. A little discolouration to endpapers.
