USA: Chartwell Books, Inc a division of Book Sales, Inc., 1995. Clean soft green cloth on boards with silver titles. Very few only faint foxing to some of the edges. Nice clean content. Colour illustrations. Binding is very good. 256p Dj: soft sunning to spine. Moderate rubbing and scratches. Head edge with creasing, couple of tiny tears and chips with clear cellotape repair over the edge. Foot of spine with thin creasing and chip.. First Edition. Hb. VG/VG.
