Hardcover with dust jacket, published by Konecky & Konecky, 2010. Originally published by 1973, this is a recent reprint edition. Craig's epic history of what could be the bloodiest battle in the history of warfare. 462 pages with Index, Notes, and Bibliography, as well as two sections of photos. A classic account of the World War II siege and battle of Stalingrad. 6-1/4" X 9-1/4", sewn binding. Cream colored cover boards with the title imprinted on the spine in silver. Cover boards are flat, the corners are not bumped or creased, no edge wear. This copy is not a remainder, not a library discard. No writing on the text, no former ownership marks. The dust jacket is intact and is not price clipped. Edges of the text block are clean, the sewn binding is tight and square. The attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory.
