London, printed for Thomas Underhill at the signe of the Bible in Wood-street, 1644.. FIRST EDITION, PAMPHLET 1644. Small 4to, approximately 180 x 135 mm, 7 x 5½ inches, 8 pages, collation A1-A4, bound in half red roan, gilt lettering to spine, marbled boards, padded out with blank paper. Pale ageing to title page and all pages have pale age-browning, edges of outer margins neatly strengthened with document tape (see images) probably at time of binding, hardly noticeable, slightest wear to edges of lower margins, otherwise a very good copy.
