Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Black cloth over boards, illustrated title page, xii, [2], 265 pages, Notes, Index, List of Abbreviations, 27 black-and-white illustrations, 22 Tables, Erratum tipped in between pages 52 and 53. Front cover has a small spot on it, page 172 top corner turned down, pages 173-174 have underlining in pencil (appears to be the only previous owner notation in the text), some foxing on fore edge of text block, front cover bowed at fore edge. In a black-and-white illustrated dust jacket that is lightly soiled, lightly bumped at top corners and head of spine, top edge of front and back wrinkled. In a Brodart jacket. Quantity Available: 1.
