About 6 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches, 803 pages, bound in red backstrip over yellow paper-covered boards with gold lettering on spine. Design on front panel of dustjacket uses loop in hangman's noose for the "O" in "Rope" in title, with red and black lettering against yellow background. Full-color, full-panel photo of Block on dj's back panel. Boards and text edges show some scattered light soiling and surface wear, o/w boards and text complete and unmarked, no tears, no creasing or bumping or other significant flaws. Not remaindered. DJ shows three small tears at top of spine, tape-repaired on obverse side of jacket, and some faded color on spine. Not price-clipped. A very nice reading copy with more than 80 stories by one of the genre's best contemporary writers.
