Black-and-white illustrations. Very good. <p>Firat edition.<p>Inscribed by the author on the front endpaper to anthropologist Lewis Cotlow: "To Lewis Cotlow: / Who writes, as do many of us, but reasons like so few - / John Dimick / May 26, '73".
