(2 blank) (2, frontispiece portrait) (vi) 924 : marbled e.p.s : all edges marbled : polished calf with foliate gilt borders, gilt stamped edges and Barker College crest to centre of top board : five raised bands with gilt borders to spine : black leather title panel lettered in gilt : gilt decoration to the remaining panels.

Faint remains of ink prize inscription to first blank (it appears this leaf was cleaned); small ink stamp to verso of the f.f.e.p. near tail of inner margin; light foxing to the margins of the frontis and offsetting from portrait to title; p.924 and last blanks also foxed. Standard school prize in a fine binding.
