Volume II. 3/4 marbled paper over leather cover. 2 title pages, the first refering to the set and the second refering to this volume. 711pp + emendanda. Tight binding, hinges not split. Corners worn, small tear at bottom of spine, large chip from title plate, one inch circle worn from middle of spine. Rear endpaper rather soiled (does not appear to be mildew--not musty, almost no foxing). Interior otherwise about as new except very light, old occasional pencil underlining and comments in Latin throughout.
