Appears to be ex-library, with library number and small library paper label on spine, and abrasions to blank front fly leaf where something has been removed. Other side of the front fly leaf has an old (19th C?) ink inscription "Hurrah!!! for Old England! Old England for ever!!! Love you country, Old England." Papered boards heavily rubbed and worn. Joints rubbed and worn. Leather corners rubbed and worn with 1/4" loss of leather at tips. Split to front endpaper at gutter. ; Volume IV, V, and VI only of six volumes. The three volumes bound as one volume. Twelfth Edition. [iv], 160; iv, 151, [1]; iv, 152 pages. Contemporary or near contemporary half calf and marbled pastepaper boards. Gilt decoration to spine. Spine title: "EVENINGS / AT / HOME / 2." Page dimensions: 131 x 83mm. Leaves trimmed close to the page numbers in Volume VI. .
