First edition "E-H" stated. 4 1/2" x 6" in illustrated pape covered boards. 18 pp. + 10 blanks for other stamps "you may wish to include in this volume". Mounting pages for various demoninations of the George Washington Bicentennial series of U.S. postage stamps. Good, soiling to the boards and some shallow chipping to the spine extremities. This album includes the Washington 3-cent on the frontispiece page with facsimile signature and five other demoniminations affixed to their places within (2, 6, 7, 8, 10 cents).
