Dust jacket is worn along the edges and worn and torn at the corners. DJ has some scuffing on front and back, and some small stains on front. DJ is in good condition. No writing or marking (other than author's autograph) in book. Binding is slightly cocked. Front endpaper has some tanning. Back cover has a slight curve to it.; The History of San Diego, Volume 1 .
