Hewitt & Co., Music Publishers, Park Place House 239, Broadway, New York. Text soiled and foxed, hole in front endpaper, corner torn away on front flyleaf, tear and wear to edge of title page, lower corner torn away for page 25, affecting a few notes, a few other short, closed tears at margins.
