The recipient is the writer and film historian Deac Rossell who was at the time Head of Programme Planning at the National film Theatre. He had co-edited a book with Philip French (The Press: Observed and Projected) for the BFI in 1991.Fine in near-fine, slightly nicked dustwrapper.
