About This Item
Flammarion, Paris, 1978. Book. Very Good. Wrappers, with board Slipcase. Text in French, profusely illustrated. Published in two volumes in wrappers, each with pictorial dustjacket in near fine condition, encased in a pictorial board slipcase in excellent condition. The dustjacket of volume I has a slight degree of chipping to the crown of the spine, and both volumes bear a private scholar's personal hand-inscribed labels discreetly affixed to the foot of the spine. Else, a fine and remarkably clean copy of an important analysis of the history of art..
