Harcourt Brace and World, 1955. Hard. Very Good. Early printing with $3.50 flap price.(First Edition is stated with $2.75 price). Pictorial cloth -- tape remnants on covers. Former library copy with perforated library name on title page, numbers in pencil on two other pages and small tear on half title page -- else tight, bright and clean. Jacket is nice with tape ghosts on flaps and one tape repaired tear. Brilliant paintings and vigorous text, perfectly capture the wonders of a feast day and a Mexican family's glorious fireworks display.
